Holly - The leader of the pack. Holly has grown up on the island of Fuerteventura and is considered a local, despite being British.  You will usually find Holly behind The Dome Pub scenes running the bar and restaurant during the day, and popping in at night to enjoy the evening entertainment and keep an eye on everyone! Holly also speaks fluent Spanish if you need any help and has a deep knowledge of the Island so can give advice on activities, entertainment, sports,  in and around  Caleta de Fuste, Corralejo, Jandia and other parts of Fuerteventura.

Elliot - The entertainment for the evening...! Elliot runs the pub during the evening, and can be found behind the bar or around the restaurant.   Elliot also speaks fluent Spanish if you want to learn any local Spanish words...

Steve - the Landlord... a southern fairy swamp donkey at heart...normally in the Pub checking up on the bar and the restaurant everyday ... has been in Caleta since 1995 and is a true veteran to Caleta de Fuste. Pop in and have a chin wag with him!

Our tasty tasty food is thanks to this cheeky pair! Julie is renowned for her hearty Sunday roast ... the gravy recipe is a secret she will never divulge!  Maritza our Colombian chica, if not in the kitchen she will be found on the karaoke mic!
